Zoom works equally well with the feature sets of Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing and Microsoft adCenter programmes.

Zoom is a native, cross-platform rich client and provides assistance with keyword selection, creative copy editing, bidding and budgeting. It works on MS Windows, Apple Mac and the Linux operating systems.

Zoom UI can function off line until the user is ready to post changes back to the Zoom server. A user can review all changes made before they are posted to the server. There are no fixed screens or workflows. Instead, a collection of cooperating navigator views and component editors can be configured and positioned or “docked” by the user into a view that is suitable for the task at hand views can be saved and switching between them is easy and instantaneous.

Zoom provides bulk update functionality through:

  • Multiple selection editing. This uses existing editors but applied to an arbitrary selection of items.
  • Built-in specialized bulk editing operations.
  • Excel export/import capabilities.

Bespoke functionality includes:

  • Optimisation and automisation components.
  • Keyword selection and creative copy editing, for instance where these processes require interfacing with existing systems, such as Content Management Systems
  • or bespoke reporting,... such as Brand vs. non-Brand and Order ID reports for example

The Zoom reporting suite is web based. Built-in reports include:
